<div>The Opportunity<br />
The Professional Sales division is an integral part of Nutrova’s business and future growth strategy. This role is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy for Nutrova’s professional sales business.<br />
This role will involve:<br />
•<br />
Development of short and medium-term strategies to build Nutrova’s professional sales business<br />
•<br />
Responsible for execution of marketing strategies and budget deployment<br />
•<br />
Working closely with the CEO to define marketing and sales objectives for the division<br />
•<br />
Work with the CEO and company leadership to identify new therapeutic areas as well as to evaluate the potential of new products and segments<br />
•<br />
Oversee planning of Doctor Detail / Hospitals & Pharmacy sales promotion and advertising to drive performance of products within portfolio and determine to-market strategies and sales tactics to achieve sales objectives.<br />
•<br />
Ensure sales force adoption of key promotional activities through product and campaign training to sales force on a regular basis.<br />
•<br />
Ensuring that the product and marketing efforts are aligned with company’s overall strategy and goals.<br />
•<br />
Cross functional coordination with digital marketing teams to support the division’s marketing objectives<br />
•<br />
Working with the professional sales team to develop and sustain productive customer relationships.</div>

<div>Required Qualifications<br />
•<br />
7 – 10 years of experience with a proven track record in the Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industry with a minimum 4 years of product management experience<br />
•<br />
Masters degree in Health Sciences and/or Management (e.g. MBA) or equivalent is essential<br />
•<br />
At least 3 years of sales experience in the doctor channel in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry<br />
•<br />
Strong, successful track record and sound organizational skills, financial acumen and ability to multi-task.<br />
•<br />
Demonstrated track record of successful development and implementation of insight-driven promotional campaigns and activities to drive demand<br />
•<br />
Previous experience in establishing relationships, KOL development & maintenance for the key brands.<br />
•<br />
Strong leadership competencies including making difficult decisions, initiative, integrity and adaptability.<br />
•<br />
Strong interpersonal relations and customer focus.<br />
•<br />
Ability to interpret sales & marketing figures + market / trend analysis.<br />
•<br />
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.<br />
•<br />
Experience in working with market data / market analysis (IMS, AIOCD, etc.)<br />
•<br />
Energetic, self – starter and proven customer centric approach<br />
•<br />
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br />
•<br />
Computer literacy: Excel, PowerPoint, is essential.</div>
