Looking for an incumbent with 10+ years of experience who has experience in product structuring with respect to legal and financial purview coupled with a Sales Orientation.

·  The candidate with an excellent understanding of the Credit, Market Linked Debentures and Debt Syndication with an ability to customize the products basis the distributors and the end customer's requirements.

·  Pool to be tapped : Product teams from Wealth Management Outfits and Alternative Investment Fund space

·  It will be an individual contributing role with a view of hiring a team once the person is onboard.

·  The role will be reporting to Head Sales - Sudeep Aggarwal and will be based out in Mumbai 

·  Compensation: Fixed: 45-50 lakhs and Performance-Based Variable Pay - 30% (Open on the budget depending on candidates)
