1. Group Pricing |
Regular working / monitoring / reviewing of Group Term Quotations
Regular monitoring of Group Schemes, Mortality Experience Analysis
Liaising with Reinsurer, Legal and Compliance teams for RI treaty / addendum closure
Filing and other work related to Group Products
Developing new ideas and schemes for group business |

2. Team Management |
Heading the group pricing team Regular training and development of team members |
|
3. Stakeholder Management |
Coordinating with internal as well as external stake-holders viz. Sales Team, Compliance, Legal, Underwriting, Claims and Operations Teams, Reinsurer etc.
Assisting Business Planning / Finance teams for inputs related to company’s annual business plans |

Qualifications |

1 |
Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics / Actuarial Science / Business Administration |
|
2 |
2/3 CT subjects of Actuarial Examinations (Preferably CT1, CT3, CT5, CT6) |
|
3 |
Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in Group Pricing, Life Insurance |
