Job Description
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and development.</li>
<li>Develop and communicate the creative vision and strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.</li>
<li>Oversee the conceptualization, design, and production of creative assets across various mediums, including digital, print, video, and experiential.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and translate them into effective creative solutions.</li>
<li>Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and final deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project requirements.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative design and marketing, and incorporate them into creative strategies and initiatives.</li>
<li>Manage creative projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.</li>
<li>Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the creative team.</li>
<li>Evaluate the performance of creative team members, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for training and development.</li>
<li>Represent the creative team in meetings, presentations, and discussions with senior leadership, clients, and external partners, advocating for the importance of creativity in achieving business objectives.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<p>Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.</p>
