Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Engineering Lead with strong expertise in data engineering, analytics, and cloud data platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on delivery experience and a proven track record of leading complex, end-to-end data projects. This role focuses on technical delivery and requires the ability to guide teams in solutioning and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project delivery, including budgeting, stakeholder engagement, escalation management, and pre-sales support.
• Manage a mix of onshore (30%) and offshore (70%) responsibilities effectively.
• Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns, along with conceptualizing and implementing short-term and long-term strategies.
• Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Conduct market analysis to build successful strategies that meet client requirements and expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-end customers, ensuring prompt resolution of needs and issues.
• Mentor project management teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across various project activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong Data Engineering background with hands-on experience across data engineering, data analytics, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Previous experience in managing high-end customers as both Project Manager and Delivery Manager.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, client engagement, escalation handling, and team leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Experience

• Previous experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and Telecom sectors to effectively manage projects in these domains.
• Strong focus on technical delivery rather than people management.
