Job Description
Position Details – NKAM Modern Trade (Location HO Mumbai)
As NKAM for the Modern Trade Offline Business for Nua, you will have to strategize Nua’s growth across select priority National MT Chains. Since Nua is a new entrant to this channel, your contribution will be critical both in terms of planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Existing Business: Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with the Business Plan by leveraging strong relationship with respective account POC’s
- New Business: Focus on entering in National MT Chains with sustainable margins and within limited budgets
- Building a strong culture on Tertiary Sales: Make the best use of available marketing assets such as In-store promotions & coordinate with regional sales teams to drive promoter performance / merchandising standards
- Work along with the regional teams to strengthen local level connections with Regional SPOCs for the National MT Chains
- Manage business P&L and revenue generation, launching, building, and growing business.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal & external stakeholders to ensure fill rates & collections
- Analyse market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies in line with business expansion plans.
- Strategize on marketing campaigns & evaluate the success on monthly basis on execution, effective utilization of promotion tools etc.
- Provide regular reports/MIS as per the requirement of the company.
What we look for
Candidate will be required to lead & operate independently in a dynamic start-up environment. Candidate must possess strong business acumen, comfortable with numbers and be adept at problem-solving and managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional: Min. 7+ years work experience in Modern Trade with preferably 3+ years as a NKAM
- Educational: MBA
