Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our Salesforce capabilities, contributing to the organization's efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline code releases.
• Implement and manage version control systems for Salesforce projects.
• Optimize Salesforce environments for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and operations.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its development lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and DevOps practices is required.
