Are you ready to shape the future of data analytics in a fast-paced startup environment? We are<br />
looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to build our central data analytics function.<br />
This function will report into the Head of our central Strategy and Innovation Team.<br />
As the first hire for this function, you will get the opportunity to shape the future of data analytics at<br />
Wholsum Foods and define the strategic direction of our data analytics initiatives, drive data-driven<br />
decision-making, and make a significant impact on our business growth. This is an exciting role for a<br />
visionary leader who is passionate about leveraging data to unlock valuable insights and drive<br />
innovation</div>

<div>Responsibilities:<br />
1. Research for prospective markets and distributors/dealers to increase sales volumes in US,<br />
GCC, SEA, UK and EU region<br />
2. Oversee sales pipeline - develop and execute strategies to acquire leads in the international<br />
market at all stages of the funnel.<br />
3. Planning month wise sales plan, forecasting and implementation of the plan<br />
4. Propose and follow up on promotions / events / trade fairs in order to reach the sales targets<br />
5. Benchmarking of similar products/brands, schemes, new product launches, promotional<br />
activities. Monitoring market trends and consumer behavior for designing future plans in the<br />
market.<br />
6. Increasing brand visibility in international markets<br />
7. Manage receivables across all distributors/dealers<br />
8. Maintain close & meaningful relationships with high-value customers. Establish rapport with<br />
key decision makers, track customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.<br />
9. Continuous coordination with the production department, and logistics, finance etc to get<br />
the desired business plan implemented & executed.<br />
10. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and any<br />
relevant documentation for the successful export of products.</div>

<div>REQUIREMENTS<br />
● Bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a<br />
plus.<br />
● Proven track record of 5+ years in international sales and exports management within the<br />
FMCG Food space.<br />
● In -depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export<br />
documentation.<br />
● Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to<br />
establish and maintain partnerships at various levels.<br />
● Detail-oriented with a strong analytical focus</div>
