WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS?
Are you ready to shape the future of data analytics in a fast-paced startup environment? We are
looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to build our central data analytics function.
This function will report into the Head of our central Strategy and Innovation Team.
As the first hire for this function, you will get the opportunity to shape the future of data analytics at
Wholsum Foods and define the strategic direction of our data analytics initiatives, drive data-driven
decision-making, and make a significant impact on our business growth. This is an exciting role for a
visionary leader who is passionate about leveraging data to unlock valuable insights and drive
innovation
 
Responsibilities:
1. Research for prospective markets and distributors/dealers to increase sales volumes in US,
GCC, SEA, UK and EU region
2. Oversee sales pipeline - develop and execute strategies to acquire leads in the international
market at all stages of the funnel.
3. Planning month wise sales plan, forecasting and implementation of the plan
4. Propose and follow up on promotions / events / trade fairs in order to reach the sales targets
5. Benchmarking of similar products/brands, schemes, new product launches, promotional
activities. Monitoring market trends and consumer behavior for designing future plans in the
market.
6. Increasing brand visibility in international markets
7. Manage receivables across all distributors/dealers
8. Maintain close & meaningful relationships with high-value customers. Establish rapport with
key decision makers, track customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
9. Continuous coordination with the production department, and logistics, finance etc to get
the desired business plan implemented & executed.
10. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and any
relevant documentation for the successful export of products.
 
REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a
plus.
● Proven track record of 5+ years in international sales and exports management within the
FMCG Food space.
● In -depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export
documentation.
● Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to
establish and maintain partnerships at various levels.
● Detail-oriented with a strong analytical focus
