D365 CRM Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-senior level Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM Developer for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The developer will play a key role in supporting business processes, enhancing CRM functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. This role is crucial for driving improvements and delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within the D365 CRM environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure the quality and performance of delivered CRM functionalities.
• Provide technical documentation and support end-users during and after implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Proficiency in customizing D365 CRM using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform tools.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, business process flows, and security model.
• Experience with integrating D365 CRM with external applications and data sources.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or related certifications.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Azure services and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Experience

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Experience in contract or project-based roles is a plus.
• Background in mid-senior developer responsibilities within enterprise environments.
