- Someone who can manage Operations, customer service, demand and supply together, pricing and revenue

- Experience in driving PNL from cost and revenue perspective

- Experience with operations

- Managed a business unit

- Offline experience with a manufacturing setup, managing inventory and customer support

- Experience in the luggage, cookware or phone accessories category

- 8-10 years or 12-15years experience depending on where the person is coming from and pedigree

- Understanding of supply and demand

- Ops, D2C, customer support teams will report to this role and they might need to add a few more folks

- Role will report to founders
