Job Summary

The Business Development Leader role is focused on strategic business development and hands-on partnership building within Dubai's dynamic market environment. The candidate will operate independently and evolve into a leadership position as the brand expands its domestic presence.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development in Dubai

  • Build the Dubai business development strategy for the futures technology platform from conception to execution.
  • Source and manage relationships with Dubai-based trading firms, domestic liquidity providers, local custodians, and financial platforms.
  • Structure commercial partnerships, including white-labeling agreements and API integrations, to meet Dubai market needs.
  • Identify institutional clients across key Dubai markets.

• Community and Network Building

  • Leverage existing trader networks from stock brokerage or crypto backgrounds to accelerate partnership development.
  • Engage with institutional clients in Dubai, including domestic hedge funds, family offices, and professional trading firms.
  • Build trust with stakeholders through authentic relationship management and a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Develop strategic relationships with fintech enablers, payment processors, and ecosystem partners.

• Market Representation and Growth

  • Represent the brand at Dubai industry conferences, fintech events, and local ecosystem gatherings.
  • Capitalize on Dubai’s growing cryptocurrency adoption.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product teams to align partnership requirements with Dubai-specific platform needs.
  • Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure partnerships meet local regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Dubai stock brokerage, institutional trading, or domestic crypto exchange environments.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining communities of Dubai-based traders and institutional clients.
• Strong experience in business development within Dubai's fintech, crypto, or financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in Dubai’s unique market conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of Dubai’s cryptocurrency market dynamics, derivatives trading preferences, and regulatory environment.
• Experience working with Dubai-based institutional clients, trading platforms, and local financial infrastructure providers.
• Understanding of Dubai’s expansion opportunities and regional market variations.
