Job Description:

Role

Backend Engineers to join our team and build seamless integrations with third-party

systems. This role is ideal for engineers with experience in FastAPI, Python, and

designing scalable backend services. You will own the entire lifecycle of integration

projects, from gathering requirements to deployment, ensuring efficient and

maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

●

Design & Development: Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data

pipelines in a Python-based stack.

●

Integration Development: Develop and optimize integrations with external

systems, handling data synchronization and transformations efficiently.

●

T echnical Ownership: Own the end-to-end development process, from

gathering functional requirements to testing and deployment.

●

Scalability & Performance: Identify performance bottlenecks, improve system

reliability, and ensure scalable architecture.

●

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, support, and other

engineering teams) to understand requirements and provide robust technical

solutions.

●

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in

existing integrations and backend systems.

Requirements:

●

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related

field.

●

Experience: Minimum 3 years of software development experience, primarily in

Python.

Mandatory Skills:

●

Hands-on experience with FastAPI.

●

Experience designing and maintaining backend services and APIs.

●

Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

●

Familiarity with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.Preferred Skills:

●

Experience with Django or other Python frameworks.

●

Exposure to B2B SaaS products or enterprise integrations.

●

Understanding of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

●

Experience working with ETL pipelines and data synchronization.

Soft Skills:

●

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

●

Ability to make technical trade-offs and balance short-term and long-term

goals.

Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
