Job Summary
As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will be responsible for data integrity, system enhancements, and analytics to support effective HR operations. This role contributes directly to improving HR processes, streamlining system workflows, and providing strategic insights through comprehensive data analysis. The position is remote and requires 6-8 years of relevant experience, with compensation offered based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and maintain HRIS data to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR platforms.
- Configure and support updates and enhancements to the HRIS system as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Develop and generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable HR insights.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on system functionalities and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing projects to improve and optimize HR system processes.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in HRIS analysis or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in HRIS system management, data reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and related regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP HCM.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations as they pertain to HR data.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment.
Experience
- A proven track record with 6-8 years of experience in HRIS analysis or a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing HR systems, data analysis, and process improvement within a remote or dynamic work environment.
