Key Responsibilities –

 

  • Understand needs of organisation in terms of development needs and culture.
  • Categorise employees learning and development needs through skill to role mapping
  • Using inputs from JD, functional and operational leaders to identify skills needed for the roles
  • Communicate this effectively to training partners and other stakeholders
  • Develop learning programs  for developing talent pipeline using multiple modes of content, programs and exercises
  • Assist with the development of strategic plans for L&D.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders within the organsiation for each program.
  • Identifying training partners – internal and external
  • Based on skills needed in training and cost involved identify right training partners
  • Negotiate contracts and optimise programs with external training partners
  • Optimal delivery using training partners
  • Track budgets
  • Coordinate between stakeholders to deliver programs
  • Impact assessment
  • Create and use different measures to assess impact of training programs
  • Engage with stakeholders to assess and communicate impact of programs
  • Communicate feedback to enhance delivery and design of programs
  • Impact enhancement
  • Create and implement various activities like learning bytes, gamification, connecting with performance metrices etc, for supporting implementation of learning from these programs
  • Run impact enhancement activities for various training programs
  • Improving efficiency of training delivery through streamlining and executing processes for selection, nomination and attendance of learners for the programs.
  • Continually learn new topics and methodologies to bring into L&D for the company
  • Should be willing to travel for work.
