Job Summary

The Senior Manager - IAM will lead the development and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that IAM processes align with security policies and business objectives, while also focusing on the integration of IAM solutions with various applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions, specifically focusing on Ping ID, Ping MFA, and Ping SSO.
• Implement Agentic AI use cases to enhance IAM functionality.
• Manage and optimize IAM processes and systems to ensure alignment with GSK’s security policies and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the integration of IAM solutions with various applications and systems.
• Maintain and enhance IAM infrastructure within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues while providing technical support and guidance.
• Stay current with IAM trends and technologies to continuously improve the organization’s IAM capabilities.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Overall 10 to 12 years of experience in IAM.
• At least 6+ years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of Ping ID, Ping MFA, and Ping SSO.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and Azure cloud domains.
