<div>Department: Accounts and Finance</div> <div>Position: AVP Finance &amp; Accounts</div> <div>Reporting to: Head Finance &amp; Accounts</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Roles and Responsibilities:</div> <div>Main Responsibilities: &nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <div>General ledger review, Consolidation and Finalization of accounts &amp; audit in IGAAP, IND AS &amp; IFRS.<br /> Tax Audits, internal audits, Statutory Audits, transfer Pricing Audit &amp; Documentation, XBRL.<br /> Income tax, GST, Service Tax compliances including handling of Assessments, GST Refunds and keeping the team upto date with any changes in tax laws.</div> <div>&middot; Compliance with statutory requirements for PF, PT, gratuity, superannuation, and other labor laws.</div> <div>&middot; Filing of Annual Return of Income, e-TDS return and GST return, Bonus Returns</div> <div>&middot; Verification / checking of Capital and revenue payments.</div> <div>&middot; Handling of Salary processing and other related compliance<br /> Forex &amp; treasury Management<br /> Group MIS<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Other Responsibilities:</div> <div>Budgeting and Management reporting<br /> Cost optimization<br /> International Taxation<br /> Forex Management<br /> Knowledge of IFRS &amp; IND AS<br /> Preparation of monthly cash flows and monitoring of funds<br /> Preparation of monthly consolidated group performance reports.</div> <div>&middot; Internal Financial control process flow check list along with testing</div> <div>&middot; Design, Develop and implementation of &nbsp;systems and procedures for Finance &amp; Accounts function</div> <div>Experience: 5+ years (post qualified)</div> <div>Qualifications: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Chartered Accountant</div> <div>&nbsp;Additional Qualifications: IFRS, IND AS certifications</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Preferred Trainings:</div> <div>Industry: preferred from financial services industry</div> <div>Location : Nariman Poin</div>
