Position: AVP Finance & Accounts

Reporting to: Head Finance & Accounts

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:   

General ledger review, Consolidation and Finalization of accounts & audit in IGAAP, IND AS & IFRS.
Tax Audits, internal audits, Statutory Audits, transfer Pricing Audit & Documentation, XBRL.
Income tax, GST, Service Tax compliances including handling of Assessments, GST Refunds and keeping the team upto date with any changes in tax laws.

· Compliance with statutory requirements for PF, PT, gratuity, superannuation, and other labor laws.

· Filing of Annual Return of Income, e-TDS return and GST return, Bonus Returns

· Verification / checking of Capital and revenue payments.

· Handling of Salary processing and other related compliance
Forex & treasury Management
Group MIS
 
Other Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Management reporting
Cost optimization
International Taxation
Forex Management
Knowledge of IFRS & IND AS
Preparation of monthly cash flows and monitoring of funds
Preparation of monthly consolidated group performance reports.

· Internal Financial control process flow check list along with testing

· Design, Develop and implementation of  systems and procedures for Finance & Accounts function

Experience: 5+ years (post qualified)

Qualifications:      Chartered Accountant

 Additional Qualifications: IFRS, IND AS certifications
