Job Description
- Trade Strategy & Execution
- Build trade marketing plans aligned with sales goals and the premium brand ethos.
- Lead product launches, in-store activations, sampling campaigns, and displays.
- Channel Partnerships
- Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, key modern trade chains, and hospitality clients.
- Coordinate promotions, brand placements, and retailer-specific marketing initiatives.
- Insights & Analytics
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and retail performance to optimize trade initiatives.
- Track KPIs (e.g., sales uplift, ROI per campaign) and report metrics-driven insights to leadership.
- Team Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Brand, Operations, and Finance to align on objectives.
- Provide education and support to field teams regarding branding and trade tactics.
- Budget Oversight
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure value maximization across campaigns.
- Brand Advocacy
- Act as brand champion at retail and distributor touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging and identity.
