Job Summary
The Technical Architect will play a crucial role in driving the implementation and architecture of Salesforce solutions, specifically focusing on the Health Cloud product. Responsibilities
- Lead and design multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce Health Cloud implementations, focusing on architecture and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture blueprints and integration patterns.
- Implement data migration strategies for large datasets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations within the healthcare sector.
Qualifications
- Extensive Salesforce Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce platform architecture, specializing in large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Salesforce Health Cloud Expertise (Mandatory): Proven hands-on experience as an Architect or Lead Developer in multiple Health Cloud full-lifecycle implementations.
- Healthcare Industry Background (Mandatory): In-depth understanding of clinical workflows, patient journeys, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, and/or Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional are highly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Integration Experience: Skilled in various integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware) and related tools.
- Data Migration: Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools for handling large datasets.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Skills
- AI Exposure: Any experience with AI technologies (not specifically Agent Force) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to craft technical solutions to complex business challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven ability to drive technical direction and inspire teams.

Environment
