Job Description: Informatica MDM 360 and IDQ Administrator We are seeking a skilled Informatica MDM 360 Administrator to manage and optimize our Master Data Management (MDM) environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the Informatica MDM 360 platform. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and availability, while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM 360 and related components (MDM Hub, IDD, IDQ, ACTIVE VOS, E360). • Manage MDM hub configurations, match/merge rules, trust settings, hierarchy management, and data stewardship workflows. • Perform performance tuning, system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting to ensure MDM system stability. • Monitor batch jobs, workflows, data loads, and system logs to proactively identify and resolve issues. • Work with business and IT teams to define MDM data models, governance policies, and security configurations. • Ensure data quality and consistency by integrating IDQ (Informatica Data Quality) rules into the MDM environment. • Support and optimize API integrations, data pipelines, and real-time/batch data processing. • Maintain user access controls, security policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with ETL, database, and cloud teams to optimize MDM operations. • Document technical processes, configurations, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in Informatica MDM 360 administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of MDM concepts, including data models, match/merge, hierarchy management, and survivorship rules. • Familiarity with Informatica IDQ (Data Quality) and ACTIVE VOS (workflow engine). • Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP), message queues, and cloud-based MDM deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Familiarity with ETL tools (Talend ETL, IICS, Oracle SOA) and data management best practices is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with log analysis, debugging, and performance tuning. • Experience with Informatica Administrator, • Knowledge of security best practices in MDM, including role-based access control (RBAC) and encryption. Preferred Qualifications: • Informatica MDM certification (e.g., Informatica MDM Administrator). • Experience in cloud-based MDM solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Terraform, or Ansible for MDM automation. • Prior experience in industries such as banking, finance and insurance
