Job Description
<p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced <strong>Collection Manager</strong> to oversee and lead our collections operations at our Bellandur, Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in managing a large team of 40-50 people. The Collection Manager will play a critical role in improving cash flow, reducing overdue accounts, and maintaining client relationships.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<p><strong>1- Collection Operations Management</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and ensure timely collection of receivables from assigned portfolios.</li>
<li>Implement and optimize collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations in all collection activities.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2- Team Leadership</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 40-50 collection officers and associates.</li>
<li>Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to maintain high productivity.</li>
<li>Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3- Client Relationship Management</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to resolve payment issues.</li>
<li>Negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers as needed.</li>
<li>Act as a point of escalation for unresolved client disputes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>4- Compliance and Reporting</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and company-specific guidelines in all collection activities.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and recovery rates.</li>
<li>Prepare and present detailed reports on collection performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>5- process Improvement</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend innovative solutions.</li>
<li>Leverage technology and tools to streamline collections workflows.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.</li>
<li><strong>Experience</strong>:</li>
</ul>
<p>-- 2 to 8 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable management.</p>
<p>-- Proven experience managing large teams of 40-50 people.</p>
