Job Description
Performance & Growth Manager
Company Overview
Fixxly is an early-stage hyperlocal building materials company focused on India's large and underserved repair & maintenance (R&M) market. We deliver essential construction and hardware supplies to trade professionals, including electricians, plumbers, painters, carpenters, and general contractors, making it seamless for tradespeople to get the materials they need quickly for local repairs. We are building a high-ownership, data-driven team to scale our presence across multiple geographies and categories. If you are a growth-obsessed marketer who loves turning data into clear actions and scaling performance funnels, we want you on board.

- Own early-stage analytics until the Growth Analyst joins at launch, turning raw data into immediate optimization decisions.
- Track and maintain strict ownership over core growth metrics, including CAC, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Mille (CPM), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
