Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Review and Management:
    • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership contracts, and customer terms.
    • Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable laws and aligned with company policies.
  2. Negotiation:
    • Lead and support contract negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
    • Mitigate risks while protecting the company’s legal and financial interests.
  3. Legal Opinion & Risk Mitigation:
    • Provide sound legal opinions and advice on a range of matters, including regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and data privacy.
    • Identify potential legal risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Agreement Drafting and Execution:
    • Prepare and finalize agreements, including NDAs, licensing agreements, service contracts, and employment agreements.
    • Monitor the lifecycle of agreements to ensure compliance with terms and renewal timelines.
  5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address legal needs.
    • Support the company’s strategic goals by ensuring legal alignment with business objectives.
  6. Compliance and Governance:
    • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting the neo-banking sector.
    • Assist in implementing governance policies and practices to maintain regulatory compliance.
