Financial Modelling 

 

Responsibilities and Duties

➢ Prepare Financial Models for competitive bidding (solar, wind, hybrid, RTC & Storage), M&A transactions and business analyses on need basis

➢ Assess and understand the assumptions shared by business and technical teams to ensure correctness of the analysis

➢ Prepare financial models for evolving hybrid tenders, RTC tenders, battery storage models, pumped hydro models etc.

➢ Detailed valuation computation of various M&A deals being sought by the company

➢ Assist the team on handling the internal assurance processes Qualifications

➢ Education level: Graduate in Commerce / MBA in Finance

➢ Experience: 1-4 years

➢ Specific skills: Proficient in MS-excel; Understanding of financial statements; Knowledge of macro is a plus; Should have an analytical approach

➢ Personal characteristics: Good interpersonal skills; Result oriented approach

➢ Certifications: Certification on MS-excel/MS-office is a plus
