<div>About the Company – QuickShift<br />
● QuickShift QuickShift is a full-stack logistics company with a network of fulfilment<br />
centres pan India, seamlessly integrated through advanced technology.<br />
● Established in 2020, currently operating at an ARR of ₹70–80 Cr with profitability<br />
achieved, QuickShift aims to scale to ₹400 Cr+ in the next 3–4 years.<br />
● They are a channel and category agnostic fulfillment service provider to large<br />
enterprise brands, bringing incredible supply chain efficiency using an<br />
indigenously developed proprietary technology stack.<br />
Funding - The company has successfully raised two rounds of funding – ₹12 Cr from Axilor<br />
and Anicut – and is in the process of closing its next round at $3M.<br />
Founders - Anshul Goenka & Prodipto Roy<br />
Team Size - The team comprises 120+ members (excluding blue-collar workforce), with major<br />
operations in Pune (tech, operations, support) and Delhi.<br />
About the Role - Finance Lead<br />
Function: Finance Operations & Strategic Finance Leadership<br />
Location: Pune<br />
Experience: 8-12 years<br />
Working Format: 6-day working model with Work From Office, (Work From Home on the 2nd<br />
and 4th Saturdays)<br />
Team Size: 8 members (4 Accounts + 4 MIS) – currently reporting directly to the Founder;<br />
role will consolidate and lead the function<br />
Preferred Profile:<br />
● Background in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce industries with experience in<br />
setting up and streamlining finance processes.<br />
● Strong understanding of business finance, accounting, receivables, and compliance.<br />
● Experience in fundraising support and investor communication is an advantage.<br />
● Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage both strategic and operational<br />
aspects.<br />
Key Responsibilities<br />
1. Financial Planning & Strategy</div>
<div>● Develop and implement business finance strategies aligned with overall company<br />
objectives.<br />
● Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.<br />
● Partner with leadership to support equity fundraising, including preparation of financial<br />
models, investor decks, and due diligence materials.<br />
● Provide data-driven recommendations for business growth and capital allocation.<br />
2. Financial Operations (FinOps)<br />
● Oversee automation of financial processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.<br />
● Lead the Finance Operations team, ensuring high standards in data integrity and<br />
reporting.<br />
● Track, analyze, and report on cash flows to support decision-making.<br />
● Collaborate with business teams to align financial data with operational performance.<br />
3. Accounting<br />
● Oversee end-to-end accounting, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial<br />
statements.<br />
● Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and tax<br />
regulations.<br />
● Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts, journals, and ledgers.<br />
● Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data and prevent discrepancies.<br />
4. Receivables & Credit Management<br />
● Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring payments from enterprise clients are collected<br />
within agreed timelines (e.g., 30 days).<br />
● Establish and maintain credit policies to minimize payment delays and defaults.<br />
● Work with sales and operations to resolve disputes and accelerate collections.<br />
● Regularly review aging reports and take corrective action to maintain healthy cash<br />
flow.<br />
5. Risk & Compliance<br />
● Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including credit, operational, and market<br />
risks.<br />
● Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.<br />
● Conduct periodic financial risk assessments to support decision-making.<br />
6. Business Finance & Decision Support<br />
● Translate financial data into actionable business insights for functional teams.<br />
● Support strategic initiatives such as pricing strategies, cost optimization, and<br />
profitability analysis.<br />
● Partner with department heads to align financial goals with operational plans.<br />
7. Fundraising & Investor Relations (Good to Have)</div>
<div>● Build and maintain relationships with potential investors and financial institutions.<br />
● Support equity fundraising initiatives by preparing accurate and compelling financial<br />
narratives.<br />
● Present financial performance and projections to current and prospective investors.</div>
