Designation Manager – Techno Commercial Reports to Director No. of Positions 1 Purpose of the role The Manager – Techno Commercial: ∙ Manage technical projects, provide advice and solutions to clients, ensuring projects meet their requirements. ∙ Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Location Andheri, Mumbai Role and Responsibilities Conduct site surveys, design and develop project plans, and oversee technical aspects. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Draft competitive proposals tailored to client requirements. Finalizing client-centric proposals aligned with accepted solutions. Manage contracts with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners, ensure quality standards and specifications. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of system configurations, programming, and maintenance activities. Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements. Collaborate with finance, accounts Collaborate with Sales team for potential clients Additional Responsibilities: Provide daily/weekly activity reports. Manage project execution and maintenance teams. Select and onboard project team members as needed. Job specifications Qualification Degree/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering Prior Experience Total 4 to 5 years experience in working on LV & security systems Experience on successful project execution and proposal writing 1-2 years of experience in a managing team Competencies/ Soft skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Proven project delivery expertise Proactive and self-motivated Effective communication in Hindi and English (written and verbal) Proposal writing experience Role-specific technical skills Solution building for Security systems Understanding operational concepts / schematics of systems & solutions Researching new technologies and solutions in the market Networking wi Other requirements Ready to work under pressure and meticulously follow tight deadlines.
