<div>Position HR Manager<br />
Brief</div>
<div>Responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an<br />
organization's personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment<br />
strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll, and<br />
behavior, and onboarding new employees.</div>
<div>Reports to COO</div>
<div>Job Responsibility</div>
<div>• Recruitment and Interview of Potential Candidates across<br />
departments and branches and coordinating with head hunters and<br />
portals.<br />
• To strategize, direct, and ensure timely and correct implementation of<br />
new HR policies and procedures that are in line with the business<br />
goals.<br />
• Employee life cycle, Attrition control, and relationship building.<br />
• Business growth with collaboration with business stakeholders.<br />
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and<br />
procedures across the organization<br />
• Train the entire organization on the usage of Tools and ensure their<br />
smooth implementation and running.<br />
• Do regular Performance measurements and report to the<br />
Managementsuggesting corrective action wherever applicable.<br />
• Conduct Yearly Performance Management using the KRAs and the<br />
leadership attributes grid.<br />
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing<br />
demands, grievances, or other issues<br />
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR<br />
metrics.<br />
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.</div>
<div>Qualification and<br />
Experience</div>
<div>• Graduation degree or equivalent<br />
• Experience as HR manager with team handling for at least 4-5 years.<br />
• Degree in Human Resources or related field</div>
<div>Skills:</div>
<div>• Proven working experience as an HR Manager.<br />
• People-oriented and results-driven<br />
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills<br />
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills<br />
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal<br />
relationships at all levels of the company</div>

Timings</div>
<div>• Monday to Saturday<br />
• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM<br />
• 2<br />
nd and 4<br />
th Saturday off</div>
