Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and execution-focused Photographer & Visual Content Associate to maintain the visual quality of homes listed on the Helium platform. This role encompasses traveling across Bangalore to conduct professional property shoots, capturing homes in a way that accentuates their space, lighting, interiors, and overall rental appeal. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of visual execution, including photography, styling, and editing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional photoshoots for newly onboarded homes across Bangalore.
• Capture high-quality interior and exterior photographs that showcase the properties effectively.
• Identify optimal angles, lighting, framing, and compositions to enhance the visual appeal of homes.
• Edit and retouch images for platform readiness while maintaining visual consistency and quality standards.
• Utilize AI-based tools and editing software to enhance images as necessary.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule and execute shoots smoothly.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited photographs and visual assets.
• Contribute to improving Helium’s visual brand identity across listings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of professional photography experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interior, architectural, real estate, or lifestyle photography.
• Proficiency in photo editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Familiarity with AI-based editing and enhancement tools is preferred.
• Must own a professional camera and the required photography accessories.
• Comfortable traveling regularly across Bangalore for property shoots.
• Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
