<p>Must have Strong negotiation and communication skills.</p>

<p>Experience in the Infrastructure and Construction Industry will be preferred.</p>

<p>Must have a working knowledge of basic business finance- P&amp;L, Cashflow Management.</p>

<p>Must have the ability to analyse market trends and have the mindset of sniffing at opportunities and taking a lead in converting into business.</p>

<p>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Previous experience in &quot;On Field Sales&quot; of building materials would be an added advantage.</p>
