Job Summary

The Python AI Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, with a focus on content generation using Generative AI. This role plays a critical part in extracting business insights and improving model performance, contributing significantly to the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using Python.
• Train and evaluate ML models for optimal performance.
• Work on content generation leveraging Generative AI technologies.
• Extract business entity models and insights from various documents and content.
• Continuously improve model performance and scalability to meet business needs.
• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support application architecture.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and familiarity with frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.
• Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, particularly OpenAI GPT-4, including versions 4.1 and 4.1 mini.
• Proven expertise in containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment strategies, especially with Azure.
• Strong database knowledge for effective data management.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Minimum of B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of additional AI libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Experience

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in Python development and machine learning.

Environment

• Location: Bangalore, Mode: Hybrid (3 days from office).

Salary

• Estimated CTC: ₹1.3 million per annum.
