Job Summary

The Backend Engineer roles (Mid-Senior and Junior-Mid) aim to contribute to the development and maintenance of backend systems and services that form the backbone of our applications. These positions require candidates who can tackle technically complex projects involving multiple systems and have a strong foundation in backend technologies.

Responsibilities

Mid-Senior Backend Engineer

• Design and implement scalable backend systems with strong system design skills.
• Collaborate on technically complex projects that involve integration across multiple systems.
• Utilize various backend web technologies to create efficient and reliable software solutions.
• Work seamlessly with cloud service providers, preferably AWS, to manage deployments and infrastructure.

Junior-Mid Backend Engineer

• Assist in the design and implementation of backend systems focusing on code quality and performance.
• Participate in team projects that involve multiple systems, under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Engage in continuous learning of backend web technologies to enhance skills and effectiveness in role.
• Adapt to various cloud service providers, with a preference for AWS, for system management.

Qualifications

Mid-Senior Backend Engineer

• 4+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong system design capabilities demonstrated through prior work.
• Experience with backend web technologies, such as Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby, etc.
• Comfort with any cloud service provider, ideally AWS.
• Educational qualifications: BTech or MCA (no BCA candidates).

Junior-Mid Backend Engineer

• 2+ years of experience in backend development.
• Familiarity with backend web technologies.
• Understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS.
• Educational qualifications: BTech or MCA (no BCA candidates).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in product companies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Experience

• Mid-Senior Backend Engineer: A minimum of 4 years working on backend development projects.
• Junior-Mid Backend Engineer: A minimum of 2 years working on backend development projects.

Environment

• Positions are preferred to be based in Delhi NCR.
• Work settings may vary; flexibility to adapt to remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements as necessary.
