Job Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for closing property transactions, managing end-to-end client relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets through site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound leads for residential real estate projects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and follow-ups.

- Drive negotiations, booking, and closure of deals.
- Maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updates (leads, site visits, closures).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and evaluate client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the real estate sector is an asset.
