Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is responsible for closing property transactions, managing end-to-end client relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets through site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. This role combines sales acumen with relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Handle both inbound and outbound leads for residential real estate projects.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
  • Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and developers.
  • Drive negotiations, booking, and closure of deals.
  • Maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updates (leads, site visits, closures).
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in the real estate sector is an asset.
