- Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
- Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
- Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
- Follow up for production for ongoing orders
- Responsible for checking adequate stock in fast moving items.
- Improving profitability by reducing costs.
- Conduct product trainings.
- Competition benchmarking.
- Develop relationships at store/mall for future business expansion
- Head Stock availability and slow-moving stock transfer
- Exp in backend system management, managing offline retailers, warehouse management & making challan
- Responsible for sales & MIS reporting
