<div>Job Title: Performance Improvement Manager (Private Equity)</div> <div>Job Description:<br /> We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our private equity firm as a<br /> Performance Improvement Consultant. In this role, professional will work closely with<br /> portfolio companies to identify, implement, and drive initiatives that enhance their EBITDA<br /> performance through focus on growth, costs and efficiencies.<br /> Responsibilities:<br /> 1. Conducts thorough operational analyses of the portfolio company to identify<br /> areas of inefficiency, process bottlenecks, and potential cost savings. The objective<br /> would be to assess the company&#39;s current operations and financial performance to<br /> create a roadmap for improvement.<br /> 2. Process Optimization: Streamlining and optimizing business processes is a crucial<br /> aspect of the role. The consultant identifies areas where processes can be improved or<br /> standardized to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.<br /> 3. Revenue Growth Strategies: In addition to cost reduction, the consultant may focus<br /> on revenue growth strategies. This involves analysing market trends, identifying new<br /> business opportunities, and helping the company expand its market presence. It also<br /> involves on ground assessment of sales infrastructure, process, people and customer<br /> views to arrive at right initiatives.<br /> 4. Data Analysis and Business Intelligence: Strong analytical skills and the ability to<br /> leverage data analysis and business intelligence tools to make data-driven decisions<br /> and uncover valuable insights for process improvement and revenue enhancement.<br /> 5. Change Management: Implementing operational improvements often requires<br /> changes in organizational structure and processes. The Operating Consultant supports<br /> the portfolio company&#39;s management in effectively managing and communicating<br /> these changes to the employees.<br /> 6. Supply Chain Optimization: Identify supply chain inefficiencies, optimize inventory<br /> management, streamline logistics, and enhance supplier relationships to improve<br /> operational effectiveness and reduce costs.<br /> 7. Performance Monitoring: Establish robust performance tracking mechanisms to<br /> monitor the impact and effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives,<br /> providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.</div> <div>Qualifications:<br /> 1. Mastor&#39;s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.<br /> Advanced degree preferred.<br /> 2. Prior experience of 3-5 years in management consulting in areas of revenue enhancement,<br /> growth strategy development, sales and marketing excellence, supply chain optimization,<br /> and cost optimization.<br /> 3. Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource management, and<br /> risk mitigation.<br /> 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of utilizing data to<br /> drive performance improvements.<br /> 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate<br /> with stakeholders at all levels, including portfolio company management teams.<br /> 6. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process optimization methodologies, and project<br /> management tools is highly desirable.<br /> 7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes and maximizing<br /> value creation for portfolio companies.</div>
