About the role: <a name="_Hlk130290092">Seeking an experienced UI Designer for an exciting role at a fintech startup</a>. This is an opportunity to join as an early-stage member of our global product and technology team and grow rapidly in a fast-paced environment. You will: <ul> <li>Design and develop engaging and intuitive user interfaces for our platforms and technology.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and BD to understand client needs and create designs that meet those needs.</li> <li><a name="_Hlk130290184">Build flows, wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, design mock-ups and high-fidelity designs </a>as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviours.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>2+ years of prior experience in ui/ux design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user-centred design principles.</li> <li>A Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field.</li> <li><a name="_Hlk130290247">Expert with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, In Vision, Adobe Xd.</a></li> <li><a name="_Hlk130290298">Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</a></li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across countries.</li> <li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).</li> </ul> Working at xalts: <ul> <li>Be part of something exciting.
