About the role:

Seeking an experienced UI Designer for an exciting role at a fintech startup. This is an opportunity to join as an early-stage member of our global product and technology team and grow rapidly in a fast-paced environment.

You will:

• Design and develop engaging and intuitive user interfaces for our platforms and technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and BD to understand client needs and create designs that meet those needs.
• Build flows, wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, design mock-ups and high-fidelity designs as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviours.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of prior experience in ui/ux design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user-centred design principles.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field.
• Expert with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, In Vision, Adobe Xd.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across countries.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
