Talent Acquisition - Intern
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition - Intern will support the Human Resources (HR) team in attracting, engaging, and evaluating top talent for the organization. This role involves assisting in the full recruitment cycle, promoting employer branding initiatives, and providing support for employee performance management and engagement activities. The intern will contribute to building a strong workforce aligned with the organization's goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employer branding activities to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Help maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.
- Assist in employee performance management processes by tracking progress and collecting feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or a related area.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management software.
- Experience in employer branding or social media campaigns.
- Understanding of employee engagement frameworks.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support roles.
- Exposure to employee engagement and performance management processes is advantageous.
Environment
- Full-time position.
- Based in the Human Resources department (onsite or hybrid, as applicable).
- Standard office environment with regular interaction with HR team and hiring managers.
