Job Description: Sales Executive – Pet Services (Grooming & Training) | Pawspace About the Role At Pawspace, we’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to scale our pet services vertical, including grooming and training. This is a high-energy B2C role where you’ll be the first point of contact for pet parents, converting inquiries into bookings and delivering a seamless customer experience. What You’ll Do ● Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries) and convert them into grooming and training bookings ● Drive outbound calling to generate new leads and re-engage existing customers ● Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services (grooming packages, behavioral training, obedience programs, etc.) ● Educate pet parents on services, pricing, timelines, and expected outcomes ● Manage end-to-end customer interactions from inquiry to booking/enrollment confirmation ● Coordinate with grooming and training teams to ensure smooth service delivery ● Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM/tools ● Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to maximize conversions ● Upsell relevant services and build long-term customer relationships Who You Are ● 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or telecalling ● Comfortable with high call volumes and working in a target-driven environment ● Strong communication, persuasion, and consultative selling skills ● Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle queries and objections ● Organized, proactive, and strong with follow-ups ● Prior experience in D2C, service-based industries, or pet care is a plus Why Join Pawspace ● Be part of a fast-growing pet care brand ● High ownership and learning in a fast-paced environment ● Opportunity to work closely with pet parents and internal experts ● Direct impact on business growth and customer experience
