● Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets: Account qualification, mapping,
and delivering product presentations
● Identify customers’ business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and multithread to establish a
long term strategic partnership
● Determine availability needs and objectives gains of businesses of proposed solution /
services, tying back to customer business growth
● Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and industry research
Serve as the key client contact on multiple account
● Address complicated customer queries around our product offering
