This stealth startup is seeking a ‘Senior Research Analyst (Venture Builder Team) who excels at deciphering complex data sets and transforming them into actionable insights that influence key business decisions and strategies. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct multi-sector market research to identify potential target industries, sectors, and companies for Venture building. ● Identify business opportunities, trends, and potential risks. ● Analyze data and prepare reports to evaluate the viability of various business ideas. ● Conduct research focused on sector-level thesis building and support the OppDoor Leadership Team (ODLT) in generating ideas. Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions ● Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions. ● Analyze and come up with reports, trends, and for sector and business recommendations for the venture. ● Utilize industry knowledge and research findings to enable informed investment decisions. ● Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact investment decisions. ● Present research findings and data-driven insights to senior-level management and CXOs of various businesses. ● Share narratives and create compelling storytelling to effectively convey research findings and investment recommendations. Required Skills: ● Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in research analysis or investment analysis. ● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights. ● Proficient in using various research tools and platforms to gather relevant information. ● Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings and investment recommendations. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adhere to tight deadlines. ● Passionate about staying informed on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies. ● Skilled in creating narratives and storytelling to present research findings compellingly to senior management.
