Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: ● Develop a content strategy in line with the business goals, with clearly defined measurable success parameters ● Plan and execute the content calendar as per the content strategy ● Plan, write, edit, proofread, publish, and promote industry-leading content including white papers, research reports, eBooks, PR articles, blogs, website copy, emails and partner marketing materials ● Establish goals and clearly defined metrics of success to measure the quality of content, audience growth, engagement, and content reach ● Contribute to an ongoing editorial calendar to meet marketing goals - thought leadership, brand awareness, engagement, and conversion ● Ensure content is consistent across all media and departments of the organization ● Plan and develop a variety of multimedia content (podcasts, webinars, videos, social media platforms) ● Collaborate on a technical content approach to meet the community/end-user interests, aligning content strategy with customer buyer's journey ● Manage internal and external technical writing resources/agencies ● Partner with demand generation and product marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and customer expansion
