The XSEED PreK-8 academic program runs through schools and aligns with all major International and Indian standards (e.g. CBSE). The results of the program indicate that XSEED children perform better on problem-solving by +20% or more, versus other students, and improve by up to +50% by the time they fi nish middle school. XSEED has reached two million children, upskilled and certifi ed over 100,000 teachers, in several countries including India, the Philippines, and the Middle East.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Job Title: Key Account Manager<br /> We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and fearless Key Account Manager (KAM) to 1/ upsell &amp; retain existing partnerships with schools 2/ enroll new partnerships in their assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong negotiation skills, an understanding of Ed-Tech sales dynamics, and a how-to-partner mindset. The KAM will be responsible for driving timely contract renewals, identifying opportunities for revenue growth through upselling, and enroll quality schools. It&#39;s a very serious &amp; challenging job.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>The Job (Duties &amp; Responsibilities)<br /> ● Build and nurture strong relationships with schools and key stakeholders to drive upsell &amp; retention with existing partner schools.<br /> ● Responsible for prospecting, initiating, negotiating and fi nalizing deals, off ering solutions to new schools in the region.</div> <div>● Regularly monitor and report on sales pipelines and key performance metrics using the company&#39;s CRM system to ensure visibility and track progress.<br /> ● Address client concerns proactively and resolve issues within 48 hours to maintain a high customer satisfaction level.<br /> ● Ensure adherence to the company&#39;s commercial policies and maintain a consistent approach in all dealings with schools.<br /> ● Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, from initial onboarding to ongoing support, enhancing the overall client experience.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>The Person (Skills, Qualifications, Attitude)</div> <div><br /> ● Experience of 6-9 years in Sales and Client Retention in the B2B domain.<br /> ● Tier 2 MBA and/or Engineering degree, is likely, not essential<br /> ● Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Commercial smarts and drive - both are essential.<br /> ● Resilience, dedication, and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.<br /> ● Prior experience in the Education/Ed-Tech sector is highly desirable.<br /> ● Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Delhi<br /> ● Open to travel extensively<br /> ● Hands On - sharp shooter.</div>
