The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across teams and maintaining efficiency in the entire B2B supply chain process.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div>Manage end-to-end B2B order operations including order entry, processing, invoicing, dispatches, and returns.</div> <div>Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders.</div> <div>Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and client requirements.</div> <div>Ensure client SLAs are met and resolve operational issues promptly.</div> <div>Assist in preparing regular reports on order status, stock levels, and logistics performance.</div> <div>Follow up with logistics partners and vendors for smooth last-mile delivery.</div> <div>Support the Assistant Manager/Operations Manager in day-to-day operational tasks and improvement initiatives.</div> <div><br /> Requirements:</div> <div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.</div> <div>2&ndash;3 years of experience in B2B operations, logistics, or order management.</div> <div>Strong communication and coordination skills.</div> <div>Hands-on experience with Excel, order processing tools, and basic ERP systems.</div> <div>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.</div> <div>Good analytical and problem-solving Abilities</div> </div>
