Manage Fixed Income Fund portion of ULIP Fixed Income and Hybrid Funds.  Tracking macro-economic data and events. Develop and recommend trading strategies and exploring new investment opportunities in the dynamic market scenario to maximize portfolio return.  Ensuring best execution of trades in the Fixed Income market. Securities include corporate bonds, government securities & Money market instruments.  Regular discussions and updates of market developments (domestic/global) with fund management team.  Initiating trade ideas in government bonds and credits. Regular and frequent updates on competitive performance, portfolio positioning of all schemes.  Carry out performance analysis and attribution of fund performance  Regular interaction with market participants (counterparties / brokers) about market views and other information.  Regular interaction with Arrangers/ DCM Members on updates on primary market deals.  Keeping updates of various regulatory developments from RBI/IRDA/SEBI and its impacts.  Ensure investments are in compliance with the organizations investment policies.  Ensure compliance of all IRDA investment limits across the various funds.  Developing smooth co-ordination with team members in front office and mid & back office.  Active involvement in preparations of various presentations/ materials like: Investment Committee / Monthly Meetings.  Preparing reports for taking appropriate investment decisions.  Systems development / updates
