Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid channels
• Own end-to-end funnel performance including lead generation, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and creatives to drive efficient growth
• Work closely with content, design, and product teams to improve landing pages and conversion flows
• Track campaign performance, build dashboards, and share actionable insights
• Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI
• Ensure data accuracy and attribution using tools like GA, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
