Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service executives, ensuring they provide high-quality service and performance targets
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales
3. Handle customer issues, escalations, and complaints ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
