Job Description

Seek a highly motivated and strategic Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. This role requires a strong background in consultative sales, strategic planning, and relationship management. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in key verticals and building long-term value through strong client partnerships.
The main responsibilities are:

Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to target high-value prospects and decision-makers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 and other large enterprise accounts and deliver 4X business pipeline.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXO-level executives and key stakeholders.

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

Track and report on KPIs, pipeline, and sales forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise clients. Adopt change in mindset on “value” vs. “commodity” clients while keeping customer feedback in mind.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in similar industry, enterprise sales or strategic partnerships

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in complex, B2B sales environments.

Good amount of knowledge about Loyalty Marketing, rewards management and Promotions, B2B Corporate Sales and concept & consultative selling

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve stretch targets

Ability to travel as required
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
