Pharma Sales & Marketing - Rx Business
Designation : Flexible | Based on past experience & fitment at Gynoveda
Location : Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai
Reports to : Founders
Work Description:
Establish product-market fit for natural, herbal, ayurveda products among Gynecologists in India

Achieve doctor-prescription sales targets of ₹10 crores in first 12-18 months

Develop go-to-market strategy to drive doctor-prescriptions of Gynoveda products

Identify target cities for market entry and establish product-market fit

Design a pricing strategy and commission & incentives model

Establish new sales channel by onboarding first 1000+ doctors especially gynecologists

Create a business model and growth plan for expansion across India

Build sales & marketing team for deeper penetration in Tier-2, Tier-3 cities

Develop a product sales distribution network
Candidature requirements:
-
10+ years experience with pharma companies in sales, marketing, business development role

Proven track records in sales of prescription medicines to Gynecologists & Doctors
-
Prior experience in ayurveda, nutraceuticals related to women’s health will be an added advantage
-
Open to work in startups and comfortable with ambiguity associated with new projects
