<div>Job Title: Account Delivery Head</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>About the Role:</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Account Delivery Head to spearhead one of our Global client delivery operations from our India office. This critical leadership position demands an individual who can drive exceptional delivery across diverse technology streams, ensure unparalleled client satisfaction, and significantly contribute to the strategic growth and expansion of our key accounts. The ideal candidate will combine deep, hands-on architectural expertise with a proven track record in nurturing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div>● Strategic Delivery Leadership: ○ Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programs for the particular clients, ensuring stringent adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. ○ Assume full P&amp;L ownership for assigned accounts, driving profitability, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing financial forecasts. ○ Implement and champion industry best practices in delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Scaled Agile Frameworks) to maximize project success and value realization. ● Technical &amp; Architectural Acumen: ○ Provide hands-on architectural guidance, technical oversight, and solutioning leadership, ensuring that proposed and delivered solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and perfectly aligned with client business objectives. ○ Act as a technical escalation point, diving deep into complex challenges to offer innovative solutions and guide delivery teams effectively. ○ Continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, translating them into actionable strategies and advising both clients and internal teams. ● Account Growth &amp; Mining: ○ Proactively identify, cultivate, and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating seamlessly with sales and client partners. ○ Develop and execute comprehensive account growth strategies, including identifying white spaces, cross-selling, and up-selling the organization&#39;s full spectrum of capabilities. ○ Provide strong pre-sales support, including solution design, effort estimation, proposal development, and compelling client presentations, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs and our service offerings. ● Client &amp; Stakeholder Management: ○ Forge and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders at all organizational levels, serving as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related matters. ○ Proactively manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction. ○ Foster effective collaboration with internal cross-functional teams (sales, technology practices, HR, finance, legal) to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery. ● Team Leadership &amp; Development: ○ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing and motivated delivery team in India, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. ○ Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth and career progression of team members. ○ Drive talent acquisition, retention, and capability building strategies for the delivery unit. Required Qualifications: ● Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in IT services delivery, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale delivery for Global clients. ● P&amp;L Management: Proven track record of owning and successfully managing P&amp;L for significant accounts or portfolios. ● Technical Expertise: Strong architectural background with hands-on experience and deep understanding across multiple technology domains including Cloud, App development and AI. ● Account Growth: Demonstrated success in account mining, identifying new revenue streams, and expanding existing client engagements. ● Client Focus: Exceptional client relationship management skills with a strong focus on understanding client business needs and delivering value. ● Leadership &amp; Communication: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels. ● Global Delivery: Extensive experience working with global delivery models and managing distributed teams especially in a Managed Services Model. ● Location &amp; Travel: Must be based in Noida with a willingness to undertake regular travel to the Client location for client engagements, business development, and strategic meetings. Preferred Qualifications: ● Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe, TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect certifications, SAP/Salesforce certifications). ● Experience in specific industry verticals relevant to our client base.</div>
