The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by establishing strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Responsibilities

- Manage and update a comprehensive customer database methodically.

- Remain knowledgeable about competing products and services, effectively positioning offerings.

- Conduct thorough research to qualify new leads.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in closing sales and consistently achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors.
- A fervent enthusiasm for working in a target-oriented environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
- A keen understanding of timelines and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- A remarkable memory to handle multiple conversations and context effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors is preferable but not mandatory.

- 1-5 years of relevant experience in a sales role, preferably in target-driven environments.
Environment
This is a 6-day work-week role with a requirement to work on weekends, as maximum action in Real Estate occurs on Saturday and Sunday. The individual should be willing to travel within the Bangalore region.
