This pivotal role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic integrity of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a proactive approach to financial management within a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.   Key Responsibilities   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Efficiently manage the entire Accounts Payable cycle, including processing invoices, verifying expenses, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Oversee the Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing clients, tracking outstanding payments, managing collections, and reconciling customer accounts to ensure healthy cash flow. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Management Information System (MIS) Reporting: Prepare and analyze comprehensive MIS reports, translating raw financial data into actionable insights for management to support strategic decision-making, performance monitoring, and forecasting. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Advanced Financial Operations: Perform complex accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis, moving beyond basic bookkeeping to contribute to robust financial systems. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Software Proficiency: Utilize Tally software for all accounting operations, ensuring accurate data entry, ledger maintenance, and report generation. Leverage advanced Excel functionalities, including automation (VBA/macros are a plus), for data manipulation, analysis, and financial modeling. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Financial Compliance & Support: Assist in preparing financial statements, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to all relevant accounting standards and company policies. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to streamline financial processes, resolve discrepancies, and provide financial guidance as needed. </li> </ul> Skill and Qualifications:   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">  Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.Proven academic excellence and a strong foundational understanding of financial concepts. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr">  CompetenciesAnalytical Acumen: Demonstrated intelligence and a keen analytical mind, with the ability to quickly grasp complex financial data, identify trends, and provide insightful interpretations. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Excel Automation & Advanced Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and a strong understanding of automation techniques (VBA/macros) to enhance efficiency. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Tally Expertise: Strong command of Tally software, capable of handling complex accounting operations, generating detailed financial reports, and ensuring data integrity. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> AR & AP Mastery: Proven expertise in managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> MIS Reporting: Solid experience in developing, analyzing, and presenting Management Information System (MIS) reports to support business intelligence. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and resolving financial challenges. </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial records and reports. </li> </ul>   <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Adaptability & Professionalism: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, demonstrating a structured, professional, and adaptable approach to financial management. </li> </ul>  A cultural appreciation for robust processes and high standards, similar to those found in well-established, large organizations, is highly valued.   Job Location, Time  • Job Location: Mumbai • Office Time: 9:30 - 6:30  • Experience: 1-3years Website:  <a href="https://www.humanifytechnologies.com/">https://www.humanifytechnologies.com/</a>
