Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented EBS Finance Manual Tester to join our POD team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). You will be responsible for executing test cases, documenting defects, validating fixes, and ensuring the overall quality and functionality of EBS financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual test cases for Oracle EBS Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
• Understand functional requirements, configurations, and business processes to validate functionality and workflows.
• Perform integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and end users to troubleshoot issues.
• Validate data between EBS and reporting/financial systems.
• Prepare comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test scenarios, and test summary reports.
• Assist in impact analysis of Oracle patches and upgrades on EBS Financial modules.
• Support go-live and post-production activities as required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in manual testing with Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Financial modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM.
• Experience with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with financial processes and terminology.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data validation and test support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
